A craftsman’s take on the classic teak umbrella. Designed with custom-made hardware, Baya umbrellas offer a level of refinement rarely seen in teak umbrellas. Built for maximum strength and serviceability, the umbrellas feature solid teak laminated poles, cross-laminated hubs, and a canopy made from commercial-grade acrylic fabric. User-replaceable teak arms are secured to the vented canopy with reinforced pockets. On the large umbrellas, a four-pulley system ensures effortless operation. The rope is held in place with a yacht-style rope clamp, and excess rope is neatly stored with a genuine leather strap.

Our Baya umbrella bases are constructed with a powder-coated steel base plate. Each base is equipped with nylon glides and holes that ensure the base plate can be anchored to the ground. The umbrella pole is held within a powder-coated stainless steel tube equipped with anodised aluminium knobs. An integrated shoehorn-shaped stainless steel insert ensures the umbrella can be held firmly in place without damaging the teak pole. The weight of the base can be increased by adding additional base plates.
